Croydon Loves You

Sat 20 July
10:30am - 5:00pm
Croydon Central Library

On Saturday 20 July, Croydon Clocktower will come to life with a range of joyful join-in events in support of this year’s Croydon’s Mini PrideFest.

Get Parade ready Saturday morning from 10.30am to 1.30pm with free family drop-in craft events, walkabout performances and party sounds from Asifa Lahore. Make a badge, a headdress or placard, and get your face painted to parade in style. For the grown-ups there will also be a talk from Queer Croydon and a Pleasure Activism Workshop.

Post-Parade on Saturday afternoon (3 – 5pm), face painting and badge making return, this time joined by a zine workshop and pottery session. You’ll be able to visit the Rewind exhibition and see some Pride-inspired collections in the Riesco Gallery.

All Saturday events are free but some need to be booked.

Croydon Loves You Pride Celebrations are brought to you by Croydon Council in partnership with Norman Mine, Norwood JunKAction and David Lean Cinema. Our friends at Croydon Pride and Queer Croydon also have fabulous events running throughout Saturday:
